Maria was absolutely EXCELLENT in her professionalism, service and haircut. She is definitely EXPERIENCED. Thank You Maria!

My second haircut after being release from hospital for four months due to spinal cord surgery. Jennifer my stylist did it again with a cut that will make my life much easier to deal with. The cut is the shortest I have had and the feel and look of it is amazing. So glad that she's at a salon so close to home.

After signing up online and checking in, I arrived as required by online instructions, After waiting 20 minutes extra, I was told the only stylist was going to take someone in front of me. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never go back, their system is flawed. Be careful when you use it. What it provides has nothing to do with what actually happens.
